Live Reads are advertisements delivered by on-air talent during broadcasts on behalf of Coach Middlebrooks. This is a very exclusive form of brand advertisement as it is limited to brands that Coach Middlebrooks actually uses and believes in personally. Greg Kahn, senior VP-strategic insights at Optimedia, said “live reads are often worth 1.5 times the average 60-second spot.” This is particularly true with Middlebrooks Basketball Televised because in the case of our brand “The Stage,” Live Reads have a legitimate exclusiveness to them, as well as added value due to Live Reads being an ethical “very personal” endorsement from, or on behalf of, Coach Middlebrooks. Also, Live Reads are permanent and life-long advertisements within a particular game broadcast due to them being incorporated into the live call of the game. This is a unique one-time investment that has lifelong value as it keeps on returning year after year, with every viewing of the game. The cost of each live read is a negotiated agreement between the client and Coach Middlebrooks. Therefore, this advertisement opportunity does not have a “set price.”
Title Sponsorship
Every game broadcast has an opportunity for Title Sponsorship, which is the exclusive right to have your company name and website appear prominently throughout the game next as part of the scoreboard, ticker and or game title line (i.e., YOUR COMPANY PRESENTS: Cathedral versus “Name of Opponent”). Title Sponsorship is the most prestigious and exclusive class of sponsorship offered for game broadcasts. Title Sponsorship ispermanent and life-long featuring of your name in conjunction with a particular game broadcast as it is incorporated into the final edit of the game. This is a unique one-time investment that has lifelong value as it keeps on returning year after year, with every viewing of the game. The cost is $2000 per game.
ENCORE AND FEATURE SHOWS
Spots
Client provides broadcast-ready, 30-second spots that are inserted into our final production edit of any given episode. Spots are limited to 2 spots per episode (1 lead-in spot and 1 spot in the middle of episode), making it every spot very valuable. Each spot is $250 per episode, per month.
Title Sponsorship
Every production of an Encore broadcast or Feature Show episode has an opportunity for Title Sponsorship, which is the exclusive right to have your company name and website appear prominently throughout the production and as part of the title (i.e., YOUR COMPANY PRESENTS: Center Court With William Middlebrooks). Title Sponsorship is the most prestigious and exclusive class of sponsorship offered for Encore and Feature Shows. Title Sponsorship is permanent and life-long featuring of your name in conjunction with a particular Encore broadcast or Feature Show episode as it is incorporated into the final edit of the production. This is a unique one-time investment that has lifelong value as it keeps on returning year after year, with every viewing. The cost is $1500 per sponsorship.
